Snap Happy

Grabbing at my dress Rio ushered me toward my little studio. Wondering what she was up to we entered the room. Perhaps she wanted to show me something, perhaps one of the cats had gone in there. In the studio she played happily, the little toy animated and alive. While she played she looked up at me with a squeaky little 'eh?'.

It took me awhile to figure it out. Rio wanted me to take her photo. So I did. Her face was grubby with sand. Her hair in her face, her clothes grubby also. But oh. Rio. Animated and alive. This is more perfect than any posed photo.
